Q.
my son is sick since a week severe cold cough in spite of using medicine its severe. fever reduced after antibiotics n paracetamol. does it need blood test or any other test. using many medicines also doesn't feel good for me

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! If fever, cold, cough reduced then no need of tests and medication.
Give home made easy digestible foods,water and fluids for hydration.
After fever baby might loose appetite so giving easy digestible foods, fluids,(soups, Malts) will improve appetite.
if baby having cough, wheezing, blocked nose or breathing issues ,fever raising and reducing for more than 3-4 days then need to go for tests...
