my son is passing urine in mixed red what is cause of it please help me

If there is red colour in the urine of the child there can be a possibility of blood into the union which I would say first you should get a urine test done for the child as that is going to give you a better clarity on the situation and accordingly you can move ahead with what your doctor suggest
