my son is passing motion in green color watery. is there any problem? is it due to heat ? only small amount he is going like around 4 to 5 times... ! . does it means he is having dysentery?

Teething could be happening with your child and yes it is basically diarrhoea only when the motion is like this how you are mentally so than that could definitely be one thing and the reason could be different the one I am suggesting is very normal and common at this age
