my son is overactive and his grasping is so good but some time he is overexcited to see others is it normal

A. Absolutely it is normal when kids normal year alone they are busy in their world while when they see new people and a lot of people around you get over excited to meet everybody and that’s very normal behaviour of a child so there is nothing wrong with it
