my son is one year nine month old and is not speaking at all, few months earlier he use to spell mumma, papa bt suddenly he stops ,plz help me should I consult doctor

A. baby says mumma papa basic words at one year and then at 2 to 3 yrs start talking keep encouraging the baby break the words and sentences and let the baby repeat after you let the baby mingle same age grps
