Q.

My son is one year and one week old, we are south Indian vegetarian family, can I start adding spices to food, what should be the quantity of spice he can consume?

A. yes, can start now in very little quantity,, gradually increase the quantity n offer all family food. No food restrictions, can give everything. Don't cook separate for ur baby, give him or her same food what your eat .

A. hello yes you can start with spices in small quantity which is absolutely safe and not a problem.. slowly Introduce spices so the child will get used to having souces and is absolutely safe and by 1.5 yrs you can start well with spices which should not be a problem
