my son is one year and 4 months old and is still breastfeeding at night, I am trying ways to wean him off from breast milk to bottle but he gets very fussy and starts crying. please suggest useful tips to stop breastfeeding for my 16 month old. it is taking a toll on my health too

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no problem in giving breast milk the baby only during night times while sleeping gradually can replace this with the glass full of buffalo milk before going to sleep in the night time

Maintain hydration
Offer different varieties of food
Gradually stop feeding at day then at night
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Maintain hygiene
Take a good care of your baby
