A. there is always a chance of neonatal jaundice in small children within one or maximum 2 weeks of birth in which the skin as the eyes may appear yellow. you have to meet the doctor forc evaluation of the jaundice. normal simple jaundice will go away on its own with only breastfeceding but if it is more your doctor will advise phototherapy. the yellowness from the eyes may take around 1 to 1 and half month to totally go away.

A. Hi mom U need to give sunlight exposure to ur baby to get relief from jaundice. If the bilirubin levels are high then doctor may recommend phototherapy for the baby. Consult your doctor for the same as he will guide you better after the proper evaluation
