my son is now 3year 10minth old, he has got fever and cough, can I give calpol 120mg and Alex junior in 5min gap both

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 years agoA. hellonyou can give these medicines together also and also do steam inhalation with plain water 2 to 3 times a day and use saline nasal drops and if persistent then review once.
