my son is now 1 year 4 month old but not speaking any single word highly active but can't speak anything

Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children2 weeks agoA. speaking single word.. babies at one yr speak basic words as papa mumma dada... and at 2 to 3 yrs starts speaks... keep encouraging the baby more and more ... let the baby mingle with same age grps...
