Q.
my son is not talking like 3 words sentence only say the relations we are telugu mother tongue. he said words roughly 50 and also said what is said and early morning he asking amma paalu ,nanna paalu ,,and also said to me amma potty, amma toilet and amma juice, icecream like and he following all my instructions and 1 to 10 numbers but not in sorting order it is any abnormal
