Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers to may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Now that your child is going to school, avoid making him sleep in the afternoon as that will let him sleep by 830 at night. Or even if bahy sleeps in the afternoon then do not exceed for half an hour to 45 mins. Good luck and take care
