My son is not interested for any food He was not eating anything This problem started nearly 10days before He is 3.7year old and is weight is 18.5 kg Kindly tell me what should I do for his fooding

please check health issues like fever ,cold , cough , stomach problem like colic, indigestion or constipation or nutritional deficiency, worm infection , dehydration etc.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
make food presentation attractive.
for example
use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
maintain good hygiene
