A. Your son can eat eggs from 6 months of age, as long as there is no egg allergy in the family. Since he is not eating eggs, you can include alternative protein and nutrient-rich foods to balance his diet. Egg Alternatives for Balanced Nutrition ✔ Dairy Products – Milk, paneer, cheese, curd (rich in protein, calcium, and vitamin B12). ✔ Legumes & Lentils – Moong dal, toor dal, rajma, chana, masoor dal (good sources of protein and iron). ✔ Nuts & Seeds – Almonds, walnuts, peanuts (in paste or powdered form), chia seeds, flaxseeds (healthy fats and protein). ✔ Meat & Fish (if non-vegetarian) – Chicken, fish, and mutton are excellent sources of protein and iron. ✔ Soya Products – Soya chunks, tofu (high in protein, good for vegetarians). ✔ Whole Grains – Ragi, oats, quinoa, brown rice (rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals). ✔ Fruits & Vegetables – Bananas, apples, oranges, spinach, carrots, and beetroot provide essential vitamins and minerals. You can make nutrient-rich foods fun by preparing pancakes, smoothies, stuffed parathas, or homemade protein laddoos. Let me know if you need specific recipes!
