Q.

my son is not eating anything only milk and cerelac take low quantity and anything take than he vomates 4-5 days

A. Hello mom get him examined it could be that he is having tummy issues , check his motion output . Also make sure that he is given food in small quantities and especially home cooked foods only and fresh . Avoid packaged foods
