my son is not eat any thing .without eating anything he say like his tummy is full .... please prescribe medicine or instruct what we do in this case

what is your child weight ?
is he doing this suddenly or since long time?
is there any other discomfort along with it like frequent complaint of stomach pain , irritability , low weight gain?
please give homemade freshly cooked food.
avoid giving outside food.
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
give food items like soup , coconut water, ajwain water, nimbupani etc which will work as natural appetizer.
