My son is more than 1 year old. He is not even eating anything for a few days, only sleeping on his stomach.

Sleeping on the stomach is completely normal and common with kids in fact it is good for their growth of lungs and respiratory system so you do not worry about that and yes it is a matter of concern if your child is not eating then there could be some chances that your child is having its teeth which is why your child is not eating or it could be due to deficiency of iron in the body
