Q.

my son is month old and is having high fever from 10th April [ range of 100-103]. doctor got the attached tests done. CRP seems a bit high and he suggested us to use Taxim antibiotics and mefkind p medicine.[ tests done on 12th april] 2 days he was normal, but from yesterday again his temperature is touching 100-102. left with 3 days of antibiotic course Anything to be worried here? please guide is fever in month old baby normal? he is yet to be vaccinated on 22nd April

A. thank you doctor. we are giving mefkind p on SOS basis if temp is more than 102 and continuing the antibiotics course. is it normal for 1 month new born to get such high fever?

A. okay no problem in limits Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
