my son is hit by sofa and got hurt on ear what can i give him as a painkiller he is 3 year old

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. for now you can give syrup ibugesic plus 5 ml for pain and swelling and qfurther you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required .
Its always better to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...
