My son is having small two blood spot on his left eye yesterday night. Last February also he had blood spot on left , but during that time he had upper respiratory tract infection. Today’s image is attaching below.

Madam this is very difficult to give you confirmation on anything it is going to be better for you to connect with your doctor and as of now you should just clean the eyes with water or any other precaution which was suggested last time or medicine you can probably go ahead with that
