My son is having rashes red spots all over his body since last night. We gave him citrezine syrup and the spots disappeared. They have reappeared again all over his body today. Please guide

Looking at this this is looking like a mosquito bite only nothing else for that I would recommend you to apply coconut oil and if you want you can add some Kapoor into that and yet if you do not see subsiding then you can check with your doctor one time
