my son is having itching near his private area He is now 5 and half years old . all the time he used to scratches the area.please give me some medicine to recover it quickly

This can be due to urinary tract infection.
Give plenty of water in a day to get rid of this.
Apply coconut oil to get relief from itching.
Keep the genitals clean and dry.
