My son is having iching, irritation and redness on inner thigh due to friction. Can anyone guide what to apply?

Keep baby’s surroundings clean and dust free
Consult with your doctor
Take a good care of your baby
Apply coconut oil
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
