my son is having full gastric problem his stomach is full of gas now , because of this problem he is not taking thr food properly, and vomiting all the food with a big burp please help me out with this suitation

Give Gastika ayurvedic medicine for gas related issues. Give it thrice in a day and 1 ml at a time. This is safe medicine. Also you can give Bonnisaan syrup for frequent tummy related issues.
Give light food like mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya dal ka pani etc
