my son is having fever from past 2 days with minimum temp of 99'c today in the Mrng I gave him promogrant juice after having his nap he urined in red color is there any problem I so worried.... pls help

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it may be due to pomegranate juice. nd please check your baby pee again and if baby do regular urine in red or brown color then evaluate once with doctor in person. take care
