Q.

my son is having dry cough and running nose since 2 TO 3 DAYS ,so what will be the best Remedies??? or should I give antibiotics? please suggest me ?

A. dear mom. yiu can give your child syp honitus. .give steam inhalation couple of times a day and offer lots of fluids to sooth throat. cobdukt yiur doctor for proper medication.
