A. hi
it happens in two cases ,
first dehydration
and second Infection
so if there is other symptoms like fever, irritability,low appetite ,urine with fishy or foul smell etc then please visit your pediatrician immediately.
avoid using diapers for now.
keep that area clean but don't use soap or Soapy water to clean this .
offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child which help to keep your child well hydrated.
