NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello when the child is not well appetite of the child would reduce and to help your child get relief from cold you can put nasal drop or give steam and also use instant rub from babyhug which is effective and in regards for the medicine check with you doctor
