U Do-cold sponge go to the forehead of your child that is going to help you can do it behind the knees also and it would completely depends as to what is the dosage of the medicine that you are giving because by the age of nine years a Dosa just going to be at least 8 to 9ML depending upon the weight of the child so have to check that as well
