Q.

my son is having chest congestion with heavy cough from a week... visited doctor 2times... they have given solvin cold , and hh amclav syrup.... chest congestion is not coming down kindly suggest what to do...

A. give steam inhalation if the problem persists baby may need nebulizer give medication at least for 3 days Cough give ambrolite and ambroxol as prescribed by your doctor give saline nasal drops and steam with baby rub avoid exposure to cold weather keep a track on urine output maintain
