My son is having a small lump on the side of the neck, is it normal or i have to consult a doctor?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. they are lymph nodes and are part of normal human body. you have to take any intervention and meet your doctor only if they are causifng pain as well as they are increasing in size.
many times during infection they will increase in size and they will again decrease in size when the dinfection getxs controlled.

No it is not normal and in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because your doctor can only advise you well after examining baby. If you Dr is telling that it is totally normal after checking then there is nothing to worry about
