My son is having 3 days 101 fever. it's reducing after giving syrup but again increasing and also has cough . Today we have been giving nebulizer and antibiotics but no improvement. plz help

The fever usually subside within three days and it’s a normal fever but if it stays for more than three days then there could be a possibility of viral fever sometimes typhoid and so on so three days I’ve been completed the situation is not in control and you should consult a doctor for further assistance
