Q.

My son is going to be of 6 months in a week,he was on Formula milk since birth. Can I give him cow now.

A. No. Cow's milk should only be given after 9 to 12 months of age. Before that, foods such as meat, meat alternatives and iron-fortified cereals should first be introduced to provide the infant the iron it needs for growth and to avoid any onset of anemia.
