Q.

my son is going to be 3 year old. he speaks a lot , full sentences but stammering is there. should I have to consult specialist dr for this?

A. good evening if the child is stammering it is basically because of confidence try to be more appreciate when observe for a few days if it does not reduce then there is no harm in showing to a doctor
