Q.

my son is getting fever in d night max 100.8⁰F..and next.full day there is no fever..this is happening from 2 days..what could it be? no cough no running nose

A. if the baby is getting fever only in the evening times it can be a viral fever are sometimes it can be a malarial fever also if the fevere is persisting better consult a doctor
