Q.

My son is getting fever and cough from last 5 days and yesterday night did CRP Blood test and the report says CRP is 39. is it required to admit the kid for IV medicine or can he goes with oral medicine. please advice

A. It’s not such a heavy infection also that you need to admit your child so proper oral medication specially antibiotics would be helpful but at the end of the day just go ahead with what your doctor suggest if they say admission is important then go for admitting your child
