Q.
My son is farting a lot with foul smell and has viral fever. Can i give him colimax for stomach pain and gas plz plz help

If baby is passing adequate urine ie minimum 6-8 times per day Then no need to worry for motion ( once in 7 days or 15 times per day- both conditions normal) Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in motion or bad smelling motion Keep ur baby well hydrated Continue to give water and other food items as before. If blood in stool or less urine output /persistant foul smelling motion then consult with nearest pediatrician

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 9 m old boy7 years agoA. as you said there is fever so if he gets loose motions along with mucous and foul smelling than you need to consult with your pediatrician once there could be some stomach infection.. you can give colimax for stomach pain
