my son is exactly 6years today and one of his teeth is about to fall.. is it normal or I need to consult dentist if it is too early

but a dentist visit once every 6 months is mandatory even fir the children so please visit a dentist

No, it is not early at all. It is the right age for the new teeth. So you should definitely not worry about it at all. But if your baby is having any trouble then only you have to consult with Dr otherwise there is nothing to worry about to leave it as it is,
