My son is exactly 3 years old with weight approx 13 to 13.5 kg. He is having fever with sometimes coughing (I think throat infection). What medicine I should give to him.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and if your baby is having fever with throat infection then it is better to evaluate once with doctor in person and follow the prescription O ly. take care
