A. Don't worry too much—Zinovit (a multivitamin with zinc) is generally safe, even if given twice a day by mistake. A single extra dose is unlikely to cause harm, but you can skip the next dose to balance it out. Zinc overdose symptoms (like nausea, stomach upset, or headache) usually occur with very high doses over time, not just one extra dose. Keep an eye on your son for any unusual reactions, but in most cases, nothing serious happens. If you're feeling anxious, you can call your pediatrician for reassurance. You're a caring mom, and small mistakes happen—just be mindful for next time!
