my son is doing motions 4 5 times a day..and he has gas problem alot in the night...what to give? any medicine...

A. give gastica drops 0.3 ml , put warm heeng on navel.

A. Bonnisan you can give five drops one time if needed otherwise gas and constipation and stomach pain all the three things are common to be seen in this age so this medicine can be used if it is needed to be given you can use it about four times in the day and every day only if required please treat it like a SOS medicine
