my son is completed 12 months on 5th April now I want know how many times I have to give him solid food and milk and I start cow milk with sugar please Advise me Dr

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. In 1 year, you can feed 3 main meals and atleast 2 times healthy snacks alongwith 3 times or 550-650 ml milk everyday. You can start feeding cow milk now to the baby, but there us no need to add sugar to it. Instead, if you want put mixed dry fruit powder once in a day as it is healthier option and will increase the flavour too.
