My Son is at 7.8 kgs as on 30 Sep 2026 .. is it the coorect wait of my baby and how can make more healthier weight gain pls suggest

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl3 weeks agoA. 7.8 kg for a seven month old child is a healthy weight gain gain you haven’t mentioned the birth weight of the child but minimum weight gain over the period should be somewhere around 3 1/2 to 4 kg so evaluate accordingly and you would know whether this is healthy weight gain or not then continue with the family foods whatever you are giving plus good proteins in the diet
