My son is around 4years old. he doesnt like to ear Plain curd. Hence blending Curd and Banana and feeding him. But recently i heard that we shohld not mix both together. is it true?

A. yes it's true. give plain curd or offer raita, lassi made up of fresh curd , give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.
