My son is always constipated...I have given him pears, papaya, prune juice/puree but no results.
His diet consists of sooji fruit halwa, daliya, ragi, oats, citrus juice n vegetable khicdi.Please suggest some solution to this problem.

A. It may be a cause of acidity. For few days avoid sooji and check if any improvement.

A. Give papaya as last meal to baby
Include mashed cucumber in diet
hydrate baby well

A. avoid giving ragi as long as Ur baby is having constipation as it hardens the poo

A. Include mashed banana which is ripe in baby's regular diet . An unripe or under ripe bananas nwill cause constipation. So choose the banana carefully. Soak dry grapes in water at night and squeeze the grapes next morning. Give two to three spoons of this juice to the baby.
