My son is almost two months old. he did potty after 10 days. Is it healthy? Sometime I give formula milk also so it the reason?

A. if the consistency is semi solid to solid and the child is not having any type of pain while passing stool then do not worry but if they are passing hard and dry stool then it is constipation
