A. If your 4-year-old son has had a persistent cough and cold for 30 days, it’s important to follow up with a healthcare professional, especially since the symptoms have lasted this long. While the medications you've mentioned (Aldrosine 200, Ventral-D, and Ambrodil-LS) are commonly used for respiratory issues like cough and cold, prolonged symptoms may indicate something more than just a viral infection, such as: Post-Viral Cough: Sometimes, a cough can persist even after the cold or infection has resolved, which is known as a post-viral cough. Allergies: Allergies can lead to chronic coughing and congestion. If your child has any environmental or food allergies, this could be contributing to the persistent symptoms. Asthma or Wheezing: Children with asthma may present with a chronic cough, especially at night or after physical activity. Bacterial Infection: If your child’s symptoms haven’t improved with the current medications, it might be necessary to evaluate for a bacterial infection or other underlying conditions. Here’s what you can do: Follow up with your pediatrician: If your child hasn’t shown improvement or if the symptoms are getting worse, a reevaluation by the doctor is important. They might perform further tests to rule out any underlying issues. Monitor for other signs: Watch for symptoms like wheezing, difficulty breathing, or fever, which could indicate a more serious condition. Hydrate and humidify: Ensure your child is drinking plenty of fluids and using a humidifier to help ease congestion and coughing. If your child continues to have persistent symptoms, it may require a different treatment approach or further investigation into potential causes.

A. I think your child is having some kind of an allergy you need to conduct an allergy test for the child to know what kind of an allergy is your child suffering from according to that if you give medicines that would be better also nebulising your child would be healthy
