Q.

My son is about to turn 3 and he is not talking. He is not showing interest when I am trying to talk or teach him anything. please suggest what needs to be done.

A. this may require a proper speech assessment of the child For further advice in this regard you can consult your doctor who can do the clinical examination properly which is not possible here to clear all your doubts which will be a better approach regarding this
