my son is about 8months.few days before some small red acne type comes out in his lowface and after his face and his body. what is the reason and solutions.

it happens because of many reasons like dry skin, allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics, heat or sweating or infection.
so please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep your child in well vantileted room
avoid using any cosmetics.
maintain good hygiene.
