My son is about 3 years but he is not speaking well only some single words and show actions to complete his talk What to do I m much tensed

A. You should check with your doctor what maybe the problem maybe there is a little delay in the speech because a child is only speaking one word but the more you talk better your child is going to learn so that’s what you should do
